Aura Zikr: Logistics & Delivery Policy

1. Logistics Network Aura Zikr utilizes a hybrid logistics network to serve the "Belt and Road" regions:

• Central Asia: We use dedicated land-bridge and air-express lines to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
• South Asia: We partner with local courier experts (e.g., Leopards, BlueEx) to handle the "Last Mile" and COD collection.

2. Order Verification (For COD) For orders in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Uzbekistan using Cash on Delivery:

• Our team will contact you via WhatsApp: to confirm your order details.
• Orders will only be dispatched AFTER successful verification. Unverified orders will be canceled after 48 hours.

3. Delivery Attempts Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver your Zikr Ring. If the recipient is unreachable, the package will be held at the local hub for 5 days before being returned to our regional warehouse.

4. Packaging & Safety Every Aura Zikr ring is shipped in a shock-proof, minimalist luxury box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each shipment is sealed with a "Quality Inspected" sticker.
