Aura Zikr: Refund & Return Policy

At Aura Zikr, we stand behind the craftsmanship and technology of our Smart Zikr Rings. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Quality Guarantee We offer a 30-day return policy for items with technical defects or manufacturing flaws. This includes:
- Bluetooth pairing failure (verified via App).
- OLED screen malfunctions.
- Battery or charging case defects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.
2. Hygiene & Health Safety (Important) Due to the intimate and wearable nature of smart rings, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items that have been worn. We encourage you to check our size guide (18mm, 20mm, 22mm) carefully before purchasing.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds (if applicable) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Digital Wallet (e.g., EasyPaisa/JazzCash for Pakistan).
5. Shipping Costs for Returns If the return is due to a product defect, Aura Zikr will cover the return shipping cost. For other cases, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.
